The invisible smoothie assault on a cop case: had a hearing today to see if Muni would file. They declined. State already declined. No charges. Hearings this afternoon & tomorrow for two other people. Both at King County Jail. They were all dismissed. The case with the Jail Guard slamming someone’s head into a door frame was dismissed but SPD won’t return the person’s property.
