Writs are still in process. We hope to address the King County Superior Court's blatant and continued disregard for Black lives, for Queer lives.

We visited another client today and BLM Seattle Bail fund is hoping to have him bailed out shortly. They are so devoted to liberation.

In moving forward, we'll be opening a separate business bank account for the funds raised, and will use the funds for costs of litigation, and reparations. When having conversation about liberation, economic equity must be central. The Black woman client we discussed previously has allowed us to release her name. JENA DOMACH will be joining Smith Law as an intern (paid of course)! We are excited for you to meet her! Remember her name. Her voice will be heard.
