People are still getting arrested
Apologies for the delays. People are still getting arrested.
On 7/9 A young Black woman photojournalist was arrested and her camera confiscated. SD cards were confiscated as well. The charges weren’t accepted by the State, of course, but the footage was damaged. Some of it erased. This is extremely concerning considering what they accused her of.
We went to visit her in the jail the night of the arrest. We filed a notice of appearance and motions for release and challenging PC findings.
We received notice the next day, a couple of hours before the hearing, that the case would not be filed on.
There have been significant crackdowns on protesters. Here is footage of the arrests:

After the unlawful arrest of Brad Fox, we reviewed the King County Brady list to discover Officer Bradley Richardson was not on the list. View the King County Brady list (PDF).
Brad Fox was released 2 hours later.
